Stupid photoshop

k so photoshop on my computer is playing up! iv lost the disk so i cant re-install it either.... Im hopping its just cuz my computer is so full of crap and thats why it keeps freezing and shutting down on me. I keep getting halfway through pieces and hten it freezez and dies and i lose part of the work, its driving me bananas having to save every five seconds so im just drawing with pencil till i fix it!
